Keeper of Secrets
by Anjuele Floyd
BOOK REVIEW
The newest book that I have read is Keeper of Secrets by Anjuelle Floyd. An entanglement of lives and lies, the newest masterpiece by Anjuelle Floyd, is a collection of works that circumvent a single event. This one event, one basically inconsequential moment in time, provides an opportune moment to further weave the lies lived. The stories written are believable to the extreme that you will likely wonder if this is fiction or vividly recalled fact.
While reading Keeper of Secrets, you are taken in by the characters and the situations of their stories. Floyd deftly takes us from chapter to chapter, each section a different story involving individuals that are not related to each other in any way, form or fashion. Yet, the story of one moment grows as it is passed on from one to the other. What starts as one small event, one tiny moment in time, becomes a dozen different tales of extremity. Truly a fascinating read.
